How can I check the status of an order?

We’ll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.

What if an item is on back order?

If an item is on back order, we’ll contact you to let you know when it will be back in stock. You won’t be charged for the item until the item ships.

How can I update or cancel an order?

If you’d like to change or cancel an order, please contact our email service@Suzannoll.com. Please note that if an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don’t want to keep.. Learn more about returns.
